If you have work that finishes you probably want to stop entering time against it. In iZepto, you can expire at the client, project or task level.

iZepto let’s you set up a hierarchy of Clients, Projects and Tasks. Basically Clients and Projects are just ways of grouping Tasks for reporting. A Task is something that you actually record time against. This three level hierarchy lets you set up most scenarios you should need.
